Pls Help, gam crashes.

Since patch 3.8 my mods don't work, none of them,before everything was fine.
I tried to install over 20 mods and launch them separately, always same stuff, it fast loads to 100% when I m trying to launch the game, and then it crushes.
So far I tried.
1unistall and reinstall mods.
2delete all .mods files in documents.
3disable every fireball possible to disable.
4running game as administrator.

When I'm trying to play vanilla game everything goes smoothly, I have all dlcs and even with them everything is fine my game version is 3.8.4 (282d).
Pls help.

Running Stellaris.exe as admin causes its own problems, so don't do that any more.

This is literally any mod whatsoever? Even if it is just, say, extra music?


Have they all been updated by their authors to work with 3.8.x ?

Does this happen if you do a test install on another machine?

Any mod whatsoever, even if is icon mod that weighs 3mb.
Many of them yes, the point is that I tried of 20 mods already that for sure works with other people (gigastructual engineering for example).
What do you mean by test install on other machine?

I mean that, if you have access to any other computer than this one you are seeing the problem on, install the game on it via Steam and see if it gets the same issue.

I don't have access to other computers

That is a shame, that would be a really useful diagnostic step - to tell if the issue is indeed confined to this computer, your account, or what.

Please try the following:

- unsubscribe from all mods in BOTH the Steam Workshop and the Paradox mod site mods.paradoxplaza.com
- delete the folder Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/mod/
- delete the file Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/mods_registry.json (if present)
- delete the file Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/launcher-v2.sqlite (if present)
- run the game up and check the launcher is okay with no mod or other errors
- subscribe to a few mods

- run the game up and see if those mods are now available to you.
