poor health character forced to participate to contest when joining tournament instead of spectate

Description​

When our character join a tournament and been in poor health statut the choice is grey out mentioning that you are in poor health and can't participate to contest. But the game will actually force you to participate to all contest without been able to change to spectate.

Bug seems to also apply to AI
