Positive and negative points

hello i want to ask about positive and negative color numbers. What is the different of
Green color +2 tax income
Green color -2 tax income
Red color +2 tax income
Red color -2 tax income
Ok i understand green color +2 tax income, simply it gives you this bonus but whats the different between green -2?
Or between red +2 and -2 im confused thx for help

yes, thousands of hours. But I only know one source of negative tax income(being a subject) and that is displayed in red in the two tooltips that I just looked at. And all the sources of positive tax income that I looked at are displayed in green. So I don't know what you are talking about.

i gave example by saying tax income to make my point clear. I just ask the difference between colors and minus plus thx

red usually means bad and green means good. For example -10% tax efficiency would be displayed in red, but -10% regiment cost would be displayed in green.
Did you encounter a situation where this was not obvious? Maybe I can explain it to you
