Bit of a strange one. I'm playing as Russie and possibly after defeating Kazan I was feeling a little over confident. Saw that by going for the Teutonic order I would have access to the sea lanes. Anyway I declare war on Pskov as they are allied to the TO and it then starts going horibly wrong.
The TO forces were devastating. Need to check closer how I can tell i'm going to be severly wopped next time before I enter into a war like this.
Before I knew it they'd taken 4 of my provinces and were rapidly eating into my territory. However the Pskov wern't doing so well. So after a couple of declarations from TO to give up your provinces or else I had an amazing one from the Pskov. We're give you 180 if you accept peace. Well I couldn't believe it and accepted straight away. However it did seem a little silly that it was offering me money when clearly it was on the side of the alliance that was taking Russia to the cleaners.
Any one else seen this.
Also another strange asside. When I declared war I lost stability 1. As a result the Monarch demoted me to Baron. I then won a battle and he promoted me to Vicount. I then lost another battle and he demoted me to Baron. This all in the space of 2 months - seemed a little strange to say the least.
Any thoughts on the above.
