Of Sweden, a new ruler just ascend to the throne, with this Russia sensed an opportunity to get Sweden under a PU, because if the ruler dies heirless then they would get into a succession war againts England as the defender, England who's had a rough time in the late 16th century and early 17th century losing most of their land to Scotland even France managed to get some land in England's mainland, Russia is confident that they could beat England easily as Russia have 5 times the army of England and all of their allies and colonies.
But the ruler of Sweden is still a yound lad, they just entered their twenties. Russia wants to enlist your help to decide what to do, should Russia wait for Sweden ruler to die or install their relative as Sweden heir with the favors they collected over the year by joining Sweden in their war againts Denmark everytime opportunity strikes.
