Practiced Kidnappers Dynasty Legacy does not apply in ransom 'preview'

Description​

The game version Lance (1.9.0.3) added, among other features, ransom previews in the "Current Situations"-Menu. This shows the max amount of gold a prisoner would bring as a ransom and additionally the current amount of gold that will be paid.
The third 'Pillage' Dynasty Legacy called "Practiced Kidnappers" increases the ransom for each prisoner by 50% (and also grants prestige) - This is not however updated in the "Current Situation"-Menu, leading to potentially underpriced ransoms, as shown in the example screenshot.
The ransom preview is a nice feature and this small correction would save some effort checking the ransom amounts.

Steps to reproduce​

To encounter this issue, you need a character of a dynasty with the third 'Pillage' Dynasty Legacy and a prisoner available to ransom.
The ransom tooltip in the "Current situations menu" shows you the original ransom amount instead of the modified. (For example 100 gold)
The ransom menu itself shows the modified amount again. (In this example, 150 gold)
