Description​

Not sure if this is as intended, but on the day of ending a successful holy war prince-bishoprics can be created in any newly conquered province with a church holding. From the day after, not possible anymore

Steps to reproduce​

1. Win a holy war as a Catholic ruler of duchy tier or higher, conquering a province with a church holding
2. On the very same day the peace is accepted, go to the newly conquered land and select the church holding
3. Observe that the current church holder is not your court chaplain, but another character
4. Grant the county title to the current church holder
5. Observe that now he is a prince-bishop
