Whenever I try to save, the game basically seems to crash. It freezes, and then if I press ctrl alt delete, which minimizes it to bring up the task manager, at which point I click on the tab and it pops back up with some message about how it can't find something, giving me three options: abort, retry or ignore. If I press ignore, the game continues running, but does not save. If I press retry or abort, windows closes the game.
What's going on here? Is there anything I can do to fix it?
Edit: I am using the regular version, no patches or add-ons or anything.
