Problem with 1st April 1320

I have a strange problem.
My last game has been saved in 1st April 1320 year.
When I load it and run the game, after few days the game closes up and I see my pulpit.
I tried to run this many times but the effect is always the same.
Usually my game ends in 2nd April so it means after 1 day.
I was looking for solution of thi problem but couldn't find anything.
I play 1.04a version and have windows xp sp1.
HELP please!

It can be a problem that has been fixed in beta patches already.

Does it give any error problem note or just show the desktop after 1 day of playing? Have you encountered something like this before? What scenario did you play? Have you modified anything in your game?

No error messages. It just shows the desktop.

It's the first time I have noticed something like that.

I play the first one which starts in 1066.

I didn't modify anything. It's the "fresh" version. I only installed 1.04a patch.

I´d recommend installing the latest public beta patch and see how it goes.

I have to echo Grosshaus, but installing beta patches may well make your 1.04a saves not work, so if you have an older save and you really want to continue your already long game, I'd advice you to consider taking the older save too.
