Problem with France

May it be possible that France and the Peoples Republic of France (u11)can't exist next to each other?

I just modded it into the game, but every time when I try to scroll down the diplomacy list, I get a CTD when I reach Ecuador. There are no messages or anything else. There's no problem with provinces or similar things. It also just happens with u11. The other countries are just fine. What could be the problem?

Corrupted country name or flag image could cause that.

Do you mean for France and u11? Because I used the vanilla images and names for them. But some other countries have new flags... May it be possible, that flags from hoi2 don't work with dh?
