the piles of contents accumulate in the prison and there is too much to remove them it is too long

If you have instant building turned on then that's a know issue and there's not much you can do about it. It's been like this for years, gotta be fixed.
The best way to remove it is by creating a big storage room wait for it to appear there and bulldoze it with everything inside.
