Problems with the Danish version of EU and NT

I am trying to get this "great" game installed on my computer but I am having some problems. My computer is a ThinkPad with Windows NT service pack 6a.

When the install is finish I get the error "String NOT_INSTALLED found" and I kill the install process by using the NT task manager. When I start the game the screen goes blank.

I have been through the questions and answers in this site and tried almost everything - installed the patch (1.09), installed the UK patch etc.

Does anyone had the same problems with the Danish version or does anyone have any good ideas?

Problems solved....

I installed win2000!

I wonder why Paradox claims that the game can run under windows NT, when it cannot? Anyway it works under win2000!

... because a lot of people do run it under Windows NT with service pack 6.

uglyduck... do you mean that it works with service pack 6 but not with sevice pack 6a or I am getting it wrong?
