provinve building bug

i had conquered the county of rome as the duchy of toscana and there has been a settlement building bug that has caused one of the barony spots to be building indefinitly. it says it will finish construction after the games time frame.

Same happened to me with the byzantion province.
Maybe has something to do with the pope/patriarch?

Hmm ok, I tried it out and I could reproduce the bug, sort of. It said that the holding would be done in the game time frame, however, when that date came the holding was still not finished.

I will pass this on to our internal forums. Thank you for reporting it.
