(PS4) Huge bug on the PS4

While I was playing the game and have a relatively big city, population: 9,000. When I launch the game everything will load fine. But as soon I am a minute in game, the quality of textures of buildings,vehicles Etc. Then certain vehicles, including transport vehicles stop for no reason, even though the time was on full. They don’t move till i reload or save the game, which has a chance of crashing it. It didn’t start happening at game start but a few glitches where certain buildings don’t load on the menu. It’s basically making the game unplayable for me at the moment and I was enjoying this save.

The DLCS I have are: Transport, Snowfall, Nautral Disasters and theEuropean building theme.

Already reported on these forums several times. They are aware of these issues and are working towards a fix.

And you never will, at least not here.
Aside of few moderators that do their best to keep this forum civil, Developer is not really interested in communicating with their own user base on their own forum.
It's been like that for years. It's nothing new.
