Everybody else feel free to add your own :).

It's already been mentioned more than once, but some more efficient way of looking up your colonists by quirk, flaw, specialty etc. would be most welcome. Much like the majority of other games of this general type that I've played over the years. Click on, for instance, "Biologist" and get an instant pop up list of all of your biologists with name, residence and the ability to select and assign them to somewhere else if necessary.

One thing I'd REALLY like to see, though, would be some better way of selecting colonists for shipping to Mars. As it is now, if you want that lone Genius you see is among the applicants in the overview you have to filter against anything BUT Genius, then start removing filters until he/she shows up in the Review list, then make a note of his characteristics to make sure that he/she shows up in your final Review list. Lather, rinse, repeat.

Also, please allow me to approve of an applicant and then have the game remember my approval so I can go back and search for more applicants until I have just the ones I need. As it is now, I can't.
