Not specifically, no, but it's hard enough as it is with the current timeline. That's one of the reasons we won't support the extended ARM timeline as well. The tech trees (for one) are designed to be in sync with the 1936-1953 era, and there's no room (nor models) for anything else really.
Furthermore I doubt that the 1933-1935 era would add much in depth regarding politics etc. Those years were mostly internal German affairs rather than international. It's true the seeds of Hitler's expansion were sown from 1933 onwards, but they only really came into fruition (internationally) early 1936.
