Ransom requests do not lower stress when just / forgiving

Description​

When I receive ransom requests for prisoners that I have (and have the forgiving/just trait, the game says I'll receive the ransom gold + a stress reduction.

Steps to reproduce​

Have the forgiving (or similar trait), and a prisoner with a ransom. When the AI tries to ransom the character, you will receive a notification saying you'll receive X gold and lose X stress because you are forgiving.

Upon acceptance, gold is received, but stress reduction does not take place.

This is a separate bug, but on the subject of forgiving, stress, and prisoners, it seems releasing a prisoner from your prison without asking anything (I.e. not converting, not recruiting, not demanding a hook) while forgiving also doesn't decrease stress. I'm not sure if it does for Just, but I think it's supposed to.

Granted, it's arguably morally "just" to let out random dudes you captured in a siege (They're not related to the war and just random family members, courtiers, etc.) and not so much forgiving, because you have nothing to really forgive them for, but a stress reduction wouldn't seem out of place, especially if they're of an evil faith and one could instead execute them.

this gives me a idea, it should reduce stress* if you release someone of your fatih, when he has virtue traits

*or maybe piety?

could also get some more flavor for future religion rework, maybe a doctrine on how to handle prisoners of own faith, hostile faith and so on, like its forbidden to execute prisoners of own faith, except they are a known criminal (chain icon)
