Okay, so I've been in a few wars, and some (err most) may have been started by me. And maybe my only causus belli was my own greed ;)

But...even though I have been victorious in all, and now own all of the Balkans up to Carpathia, Asia Minor, and the whole Mediteranean coast from there to Tunisia, I have rebellion upon rebellion (even in my home provinces), to the point where I can't even raise enough men to keep up with those that are dying from fighting the REBEL SCUM.

My question is, why?? Okay, I checked, my bad boy is 22, but my stability is +1 and my religious tolerances look good.

Is it my badboy rating that's getting those dirty peasants all wired up?

Is there a greater chance of a rebellion if there are other rebellions nearby?

What should I do to stop these pitchfork weilding halfwits from distracting my glorious armies?

Thanks...

Remember that when you first conquer provinces that aren't 'core' provinces, they have an automatic 3% revolt risk for about 30 years. For any province you look at the revolt risk in the province information screen, and if you hold the cursor over it, you will get a drop down box giving you the breakdown of various influences affecting revolt risk for that province. Check that your religious toleration isn't causing problems. Also, if you've been involved in extended constant warfare, this will increase revolt risk in all provinces.
