"Recruit inspired person" notification button has different aesthetics. It feels gritty and it become apparent when appear alongside other notification icons which has rather smoother appearance.

Steps to reproduce​

I mean, just look at it (I attached a screenshot).

Have a royal court and wait for an inspired person to appear, the notification will pop up (as it should be).
