If you mean on house rules, then I would say we follow some general rules like, no use of exploits, no SR from front line, no Phoney wars and everything must be historical till "Danzig or war" event. But let say if you can play according to below one then it will be good.
1. Trade
1.2.1. USA and Allies may not trade with USSR until USSR is at war with an axis country
1.3.1. Players may only initiate trade deals with the USA at 99% - except for the Allies if USA at war with Axis. After lend lease, USA can trade at any rate
1.4. Trade agreements existing at the start of the scenario cannot be cancelled only if the two parties at war.
1.5. No resource trade (energy, metal, rare, oil, supply) deal allowed with any - neither human nor AI - country under „Negotiate trade” (offer negotiations window). If any of the countries is at war
2. Diplomacy
2.4. Couping of player controlled countries and their allies is forbidden.
2.5. Puppets cannot be released from their puppet status by their master nation
2.5.1 Puppets cannot be released through sue for peace.
2.6. If you have all of your enemy's VPs, making peace (e.g. annex, puppeting) is obligatory on the spot.
2.6.1. Human players may initiate separate peace offer only if the enemy takes all own VPs.
2.9. Military access cannot be asked between human players
2.10. Nat / Rep.SPA can only be DoWd after ’End of Spanish civil war - victory ’ event fired or after Danzig.
2.11. Military units may not be traded unless allied.
2.12. Within an alliance only alliance leader may be DoWd – excluding events.
3. Events
game will be saved a priori + affected player may ask for reload of prior save if ahistorical outcome
3.1. Sudetenland, Munich, End of Czechoslovakia, Memel, Vichy for GER.
3.2. FRA must accept Vichy if offered.
3.3. Vichy must accept JAP ’demands for Indochina’.
3.4. GER must offer historical pact in the 'Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact' while USSR must accept it.
3.5. ’Poland must be protected’ for UK
4. Country specifications
4. 1.2. GER must be at war with Allied before DoW on any other nation.
4.1.3. GER may not DOW or invite FIN into Axis before ’Winter War’ ends.
4.2.1. ITA is only allowed to DoW if Axis at war - except for the 'Annexation of Albania' event
4.2.1.1. BEL and HOL may not be DoWd by Italy.
4.2.2. ITA may leave Axis before ’Danzig or War’ event.
4.3.1. USA is allowed to join alliance / DoW if 1 of the following conditions is met:
4.3.1.1. any war entry event
4.3.1.2. Any American country is invaded or in alliance with any right-wing great power
4.3.1.4. 2 months after Japan has dowed allies and/or USSR
4.3.1.5. after 7 December 1941
4.3.2. USA may only station units (excluding ships) on her homeland while at peace – except for Hawaii islands.
4.4.1. USSR may not dow any country before danzig.
5. General
5.2. Units cannot be strat.redeployed from the frontline if enemy units are in any neighbouring province – except for GAR.
5.3. Great powers may station units only on their own territory while at peace.
5.4. A capital must be attacked / taken immediately after it is encircled.
5.6. Land units cannot be disbanded if encircled or if enemy units are in any neighbouring province.
5.7. Doctrine tech tree may not be abandoned.
5.8. No’ phoney war’ to reduce consumer goods demand.
5.9. Max. 48 divisions may garrison an urban capital – except for Warsaw (24 div limit).
5.12.a) PAR may be used together with land units only on encircled provinces or on 1 province islands (empty provinces are free to airborne mission).
5.12 b) You may not use the paradrop mission to kill off retreating units
5.13. Rockets may not be used for ’logistical strike’ mission for troops in the front.
5.15. From TPs it is not allowed to make division movements or to make amphibious assault. TP0 can transport units only from and to seaports.
5.16 You may only unload troops and carry out ampib attacks from the seazone where the beach icon is. (Where applicable, you may only attack a beach from one sea zone at a time)
