Actually, the Lockdown button doesn’t cause the regime to change to Lockdown, I believe it is the Bangup button? See if toggling that one on and off fixes it? (Or pressing “stop all” in the menu that pops up)

ye allready tried that. Also classic turn the game on again but nothing seems to help. I made a new prison played for 45min and same bug again. Really frustrating.

I am also having this issue today after the update.. I had the usual phone call saying my staff werent happy and need a payrise then immediately triggered the usual staff going on strike and lockdown. Except this time after i gave them the suitable payrise, i could not cancel the lockdown with the usual press of the bangup button. And my prison is now staying in lockdown regime.
