Thank you for the update, it seems to work fine.
Also, thank you for finally changing the North de jure set up- it's been bugging me for a while. However, if I may, some rambling thoughts on the North:
I've always got the impression that the Hornwoods are the equals of the Karstarks or the Umbers, as well as the Flints of Widow's Watch. Meaning that they should be High Lords.
I also always thought that the Lockes of Oldcastle are direct vassals of House Stark (hence why old Lord Locke was expected at the Harvest Festival, as a major vassal of House Stark.
Whilst on the subject of the Manderly's area...it seems that the while the Lords of Oldcastle, Ramsgate, etc. are under Wyman's sway by the end of the War of Five Kings, that seems to have been as a result of the chaos of the War, with there not being a Stark in Winterfell to prevent the Manderlys from becoming overpowered.
And finally, the Dustins do not seem to be as powerful as they should be. I get the impression, especially from TWOIAF and the Princess and the Queen, that the Dustins probably run the Manderlys a close second for being the wealthiest and most powerful House in the North after the Stark (and as an aside, it still seems wrong to me that the Dustins are dead after Robert's Rebellion- I remember Lady Dustin mentioning several relatives of Lord Willam, and personally I've always thought that maybe it was Lord Willam's will, or perhaps a contested succession, that led to Barbary being Lady of Barrowton).
So, if there are any plans for further updates on the de jure structures of the various realms, perhaps consider these? Granted, I'm not certain how you would do many of these without upsetting the balance even further (the North is rather overpowered as it is, but still).
