Can anyone make a mod that makes every province independant? I think this would be the ultimate challenge. Building your own empire one brick at a time

Make a backup
Go to %Gamedir/history/titles
and make all files that start with "d_" , "k_" or "e_" empty. Do not delete the files itself.
(Open with Notepad/word and delete what is inside).
Start game, have fun.
