Research tree scrolling

I've been having my fair share of fun with the game, but recently ran into a problem. Am I missing something or how am I supposed to scroll/switch to next page on the research menu? I see available research options just fading away on the right etc but can't actually scroll right. Tried all the KB buttons and dragging etc? Am I really this stupid?

Yes, that was it. I just came back here after I figured it out.. Playing in borderless full-screen and often switching to my other screen, so I don't have the screen edge there to stop my mouse movement for long enough. TIL - I really AM that dumb. Thanks anyway.
