Resolution issue

I have been playing HOI2 (1.3b) on my current Dell laptop since the games release without problems, until recently. The game had always been displayed on the full screen until one shut down. Upon restarting it is now displayed in the centre of a large black screen at barely 2/3's normal size. There were not any changes to my computer system at this point. The native resolution of the laptop is 1920x1200. I understand that the game only plays at one resolution but how do I get the full screen image that was there for 9 months back? E-mail their support or phone their support line. Unless someone here has your model of Dell laptop then there is no way for us to know, sorry.
