Retract Vassal window out of screen broundary - vassals cannot be retracted, windows cannot be used - Playstation 5 [SOLVED]

Description​

This bug is new, it used to work in 1.015 without issues. I also tested this with an old save where the function worked before, but now no longer works.
The window/tab for retracting vassals no longer fit the screen, the confirm part is outside the screen area/covered by the time control panel. There is a scrollbar in the window/tab, but it is also not possible to scroll, indicating that the window is inactive also. In either case, it is not possible to use the retract vassal function, due to this windows/tab being like it is.

Steps to reproduce​

Have a vassal with a vassal, use "retract vassal function" to open the retract vassal window. The window will open, but not be usable or possible to interact with.

same for me xbox x since last update. the inventory of objects does not work correctly either, I can't navigate to all objects.
I reinstalled the whole game and it still doesn't work in new games

Attached a photo you can just see where it cuts off under the date.

Not game breaking but hella annoying-was fine before the update

Yeah, I have that same issue on PS5 too, the inventory navigation is buggy.
