Revolt risk

Is there any way to change revolt risk or make a specific county prone to revolt (like Wales or the Pyrenees or Languedoc etc.?) Also is there a way to actually trigger a revolt?

Nope
Revolts happen (if i got it right) when some part of population in province (peasants,nobles..) is too unsatisfied.
Their loyalty depends on your policy and events - but cannot be triggered by some actions, so you cannot do it any country.

Thanks for the info! So essentially to trigger a revolt you should trigger a section of society by lowering its loyalty or something right?

Right. But this you can do only in the province in your direct demesne.
To lower loyalty just maximize taxes in your treasury screen - loyalty will start to decrease and over time, when it reaches zero, province should revolt (i havent tried it deliberately yet )
