So i saw an adventurer named rollo trying to take normandy. and i noticed after he won he went from a norse nordic viking to a norman christian duke with the dynasty "de normandie" is this scripted and if so were do i find it?

Oh, so he does changes dynasties! That makes it even better for my future games.
I've seen him in my game yesterday, but almost immediatelly after conquering the Normandy and declaring himself duke - while still in his viking surname and faith - he died in a crazy personal combat against the (AI) duchess of Anjou, just after killing her husband the count of Mortain, if I remember it corretly, in a war for that particular county (goddamit, I should have kept that screenshot, it was awesome!). Unfortunatelly, of course, his heir was some random norse warrior, so I imagine the whole creation of the House de Normandie got off the plate for that particular playthrough.
