Router Problems???

Is my router the troublemaker? When I try to join a game ther is a message something like this "can not find game host at ip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, check the adress and internet connection".

Anyone that can help me?

I am no expert on this subject, infact I know just about nothing But how many games have you tried joining? Does this happen everytime? I know that for me their have been a few games where I just could not join, most of the time it was because the host had a firewall too.

I fixed the problem by removing the router! So it probably was the problem...

I'm bumping this because I have the same problem, I think. I can't join games because it can't find the ip. What's wrong?
