Scenario editor:Advanced mode (majors) doesnt work

I'll try to use the advanced mode(majors) in the ScenarioEditor1.15 and it
says `Error Id=42´ or such and doesnt show the map. If i try to run
it says it again but works in the game. STill i cant use all the options.
Why? Stupid? Help me anyway and feel better after.

Thanks for your report. Unfortunately I don't know why this error occurs on some systems
However I think you should be able to select starting provinces in 'blind' mode. Just press one of color circle buttons on the right panel and then leftclick somewhere on the map (try it several times until color circle shows on map and province name shows in province info box. The game will work OK with such scenario.
