Scenario Generator 1.15b

Using Moctezuma's EU Scenario Generator. Works greating with IGC 2.1 and the Nations Stats are set to IGC stats. Using with an original install of EU (NA Version) patched to 1.09 and the Nations Stats are set to original stats, Ragusa is shown in the game as "Unknown String...". Can anyone tell me files to manually edit and what to add or change to get Ragusa to show up correctly?

NAmes of countries are set in the text.csv file. Ragusa is the SPR tag if I'm not mistaken. Normally the patch.exe takes care of that with the IGC but I dunno how it works with that generator.

The IGC is now version 2.2
