I just downloaded HoI2: Complete from Steam, but when I load it up the screen flickers continuously. When I go to play a tutorial or a single player scenario the screen goes blank and nothing happens. I've already verified the integrity of the game cache and tried adjusting the resolution and closing down background programs as the wiki suggests, but nothing helps. Any advice would be appreciated.
