Screen Vibrating Out Of Control

Description​

I apologize if this has been reported but Ive this issue since before the newest update.
This only happens when going to screen to pick a place to play and when creating a character. Once the gameplay itself starts it goes away. The problem is the shaking/vibrating of the screen makes it hard for me to read and change rules or create/pick character to play as.

Steps to reproduce​

I have tried to take a video of the issue but it wont' show up on the video nor a picture.

I have taken off all mods and it still did it.
I uninstalled the game and just tried the base game with the bought dlc and it still did it.
