second contact--no reply to first

I wrote you. I got an automated response, with a promise to get back, a week ago. I installed the game. My computer crashed. I rebuilt, tried to reinstall, and I get the message the key is already in use. I did not get this through Stardock, nor through Steam. I bought it at Best Buy. I'd really like to act like I own a copy. You know, have the ability to play it! How does contacting Stardock help if I didn't download it through them??

You have to activate the game using the same email address you used when you activated the game for the first time. Stardock provides support even though you bought the game elsewhere.
