I have noticed that when my septons die, or leave for some other reason, I can't seem to replace them. Am I missing something?

You mean the council position Septon right? Sometimes I have to invite or hire a new septon from the intrigue menu in order to get a new septon. It is a pain.

Is that intentional? I kept the position empty as king Renly, waiting for the option to come up to get the High Septon (who once did serve that position).
