Single click not working any more

Hi, single click not working any more. I have to double click on every interactive button, which seems minor, but I can't send ships any more because of this. Using MacBook Air M1. Game ran fine up until now. Mouse working fine. No problems with double click anywhere else. Help very much appreciated, thanks & best, Hans

My M1 laptop does handle clicks correctly, here are my settings:

If you set yours similarly, does that help?

(Note that I'm not a PDX staff person, just a player with an M1 laptop.)

Hey HFY thanks a lot for the reply. The Mac is fine. Single-, und Double Clicks are working with any other application, no problem there. It's a sudden issue limited to Stellaris - and it just popped up yesterday. Guess I will be trying to uninstall and install again ... but again, thanks for making the effort!

Hi, well I don't know, what it was, but un-, und reinstalling of Stellaris made the problem disappear. Just hope it won't reappear .. would be a drag ...

i'm using an m1 macbook, and i'm experiencing the same problem. i'm finding that i have to double-click on everything in the game. it's ruining the playability. i don't see anything in any of the menus to help with this.

Oh, one other weird M1 Mac trick -- switch context to another app and then re-enter the game to get the right focus.

Sometimes the game seems to not have focus and clicks don't get handle correctly until I switch out and then switch back.

Didn't notice this for a while because I almost always switch out to a browser rather than watch the intro graphics.
