Did a manual clean wipe of my save files. Deleted everything so I can have a fresh start

I want to make a commander based on each primary color however I don't know the exact names of the color. I would like to have the name of the color and they HEX number in case the name of the color doesn't suit me.

I've tried looking online and did not pull up anything definitive.
