Slider Frozen

Hi, I've been playing EU2 for a couple weeks now and am currently in the middle of a Grand Campaign as England, it's about 1530. However, I suddenly can not move my To Treasury slider in my research menu so all my money is going to my treasury and I can't get any into research. It is really becomeing annoying and I'd like to know how, if possible, to fix it.

Double click on the knob

This is a feature and allows you to "lock" a slider whilst adjusting others.

I had the same problem, my inflation was 120% when I stumbled on what I'd done wrong (double-clicking the slider)!!! Before that I thought it was part of the campaign.
I got it back down to zero eventually - although having all that money was useful as it allowed me to divert the American Revolution !
