Okay, sorry for the delay, MrT is away for awhile.

jpd's suggestions have helped other users, with this problem.

Have you tried the Creative site?
 
Maybe e-mail their tech support and describe the problem, they may e-mail you the drivers.
 
Always worth a try first.
