I discovered a slight oversight using the Splinter Hive Holding, the holding that adds overlord breeder jobs to a subject world, and provides a pop assembly bonus to the capital. Because the Holding adds a planetary modifier, it is possible to get the assembly bonus on additional worlds by moving your capital, then demolishing and rebuilding the holdings.
