'Started from the Bottom new we're ERE' did not activate.

Description​

The achievement 'started from the bottom now we're ERE' did not activate. I believe this is due to the achievement requesting that the estate be purchased, but this cuts out the path I outline below from activating the achievement, despite it essentially fulfilling the same conditions of the achievement. I think that the conditions of the achievement should be changed to include this route.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Started as an Adventurer in Germany, went an administrative adventurer route.
2. Went to byzantium and waited until a civil war fired
3. Joined the civil war on the revolter side
4. was subsequently offered a governorship by the Basileus in exchange for leaving the revolt
5. Was granted a Theme and a resulting estate
6. Built up power and influence, became heir to the Byzantine empire. Became basileus.
7. Achievement did not activate.

Thank you for taking your time to report ! As you mentioned, Achievement requires you to purchase Estate, which did not happed during your play run. Current state is a design choice and not a bug. If you have any questions about it, don't hesitate to ask about it on the main forum for the game .
