Starting Blood Feuds from demanding heads/Usurping?

So I've been thinking, should the event option on usurping a throne or crushing a rebellion and etc, where you can try and execute the whole family, not have a serious chance of sparking a blood feud?

And what about Usurping? should that not have a small chance of creating a blood feud, and maybe a 100% chance if the player is the one being usurped and wants to hit the 'we will never forget' button?

It just seems that alot of times there ought to be blood feuding going on in this mod, especially when you see two houses ripping each other to shreds over decades of usurping back and fourth.

I agree with all you said and blood feuds should be far more common i think. I've been playing for almost 200 years without getting into any blood feuds.

Playing as a targ, I fed to my dragon about 25 Lannisters trying to spark a blood feud but it didn't work.

I was a bit disappointed in Volantis when I made a rival of another house's head, kidnapped his daughter and married her, and quite frankly acted like a complete dick to the entire dynasty that all I got out of it was a challenge to a duel and no blood feud. I've so far only ever been in one and it was with a tiny house, whereas I was a LP.

Is there any way to spark a BF with the console, or is it just a random occurrence?
