Steam does not open ck2 launcher

Instead the game says "running", then "synced" for a split second and thats it.

I've tried re installing the game, starting without mods, verifying game cache, deleting the documents paradox folder, restarted the PC and made sure antivirus isnt blocking ck2.exe

There is no file by that name any more, try doing that with vck2game.exe instead.

What AV app do you use?
