Currently, the in-game browser in Stellaris is running Chromium 65.0.3325.146; Chromium is currently on version 90.0.4430.212. Additionally, the browser is able to store log-in credentials on sites, which may be a potential security issue, as well as being able to upload files.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1) Open the browser
2) Navigate to a page that gives you the version of your browser, or a page that lets you upload files
3) Attempt to upload files/read the page
