Description
[3.0.3 (bfcc)] Cave cleaners job messing up social status of synth workers when relocated to planet

Game Version
[3.0.3 (bfcc)] Steam

What version do you use?
Steam

What expansions do you have installed?

Do you have mods enabled?
Yes

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When resettling "working class" synth pops to the planet "Tyastedore Prime", to fill same strata available jobs, they are immediately promoted to specialist, and as the specialist jobs are already filled, the pops resettled there stay unemployed and the workers jobs vacant. The planet has the special jobs "cave cleaners" created with a colonization event chain, that seems to mess up with the new synths resettled on the planet as they got immediately promoted, but that doesn't seem to affect the organic pops.
Deactivating all the "cave cleaners" jobs seems to resolve the issue. Anyway I'm not completely sure about the cause of the problem.

I do use a couple of mods, but deactivating the mods doesn't resolve the problem.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Load the game and select the planet "Tyastedore Prime" (the second in the planet list), then look at the jobs available for pops on it. You will see a lot of working class jobs available, but none of specialists or upper class ones.
You will notice that moving unemployed working class synths to this planet, the pops are immediately promoted to specialists, despite the specialist job being already all filled by other pops on the planet, and so the new residents stay unemployed and the worker jobs empty.

This is not limited to synths, for some reason it happens even with a monospecies planet with the cave cleaner job. What is most prominent is that those unemployed from the cave cleaner job frequently bug out on their demotion timer, which cycles seemingly every day between there not being one, and going to a high-negatives number. An extra save to hopefully help pinpoint the issue is provided.

Disabling the cave cleaner job for over a year seems to temporarily fix the issue, presumably by forcibly timing out the ability/preference of the unemplyed specialist pops going back to the cave cleaner job every day.

In the save, the planet called "Soma" is the one with cave cleaner jobs that is experiencing a very similar (if not the same) issue.
