Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
If you take a look at the attached screenshot, you'll notice that the graphical representation of Faction Issues, the little red/yellow/green bubbles, don't match between the Faction List and the Faction Issue Window. Since the Faction Issue Window is just a more in-depth textual explanation of the same information from the Faction List, the two should match.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Check the Factions window once the game progresses a bit.
