Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Reporting a differetn Bug, I realized there is a Human pop group without Ethics!

Steps to reproduce the issue.
On Shangri-La, at least a Specialist Pop group:
The last popgroup on the Artisan, Roboticist and Spacetime Anomaly Researchers
6th Popgroup from the top, 152 pops. Between the Uggbot No Category and Worker pops.
On the smaller scale, I have a Size 4 Worker and another Size 9 Specialist group as well.

It seems like there are issues with both Ethics and Stratum assignment.
While visuals would usually be a low priority, I think it would help to notice them if the Ethic and Stratum would be displayed somehow.
Ideally background of the portrait (so it works in most screens). But at least the Text under Management, Current Population.

With a suitably visible warning indicator for having Despicable Neutrals and Despicable Uncategorized in your empire.
