Being both a subject and in a Federation makes it impossible to leave either, even via war.

Do you have mods enabled?

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Basicly if you are a subject of another empire and are dragged into a federation it is impossible to leave either.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Become a subject of another empire
2. Have that empire form a federation
3. Realise there is no way to leave said federation or to not become a subject anymore accept diplomatically.
