All.

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Blowing up the galaxy via "Become the Crisis" does not award the achievement.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Become Crisis. Blow up Galaxy. Be sad over no achievement.
