Description
Borderless Fullscreen screen selection is broken

Game Version

What version do you use?

Steam

What expansions do you have installed?
All of the above

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When attempting to select a different display monitor (display monitor setting under Graphics in the launcher) the game ignores the setting. Swapping to fullscreen mode correctly switches the display.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Launch game from steam so launcher comes up, attempt to swap the monitor via the laucher settings. Hit play, game launches on primary monitor, not second monitor.

Can confirm that this is still a big problem. It's particularly annoying because the option is in the launcher control panel (so it's clearly been thought about), it just doesn't do anything.

EDIT: Just did a quick test and the CK3 launcher correctly launches the game on the monitor selected in the options instead of the "primary" monitor. So if the launchers are as similar "under the hood" as the interface makes it seem, maybe some copy/paste magic will do the trick lol

As of 3.0.3 the game still initially launches on the "primary" monitor, but then moves to the selected monitor when the loading screen starts. This results in the game keeping the resolution of the "primary" monitor instead of the selected monitor. In my case that means that the game stays in 1080p on my 1440p monitor.
